Introducing Prima's New Online Employee Training Program
Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) and the National Institute for Workplace Safety (NIWS) and Summit Training Source, Inc. have joined together to provide PRIMA members with an easy-to-use, automated safety and compliance training system that allows you to train your employees and track their progress in far less time and at a lower cost than most traditional training methods. The courses are offered in both a single use format as well as an NIWS Administered Program.. With the administrative program NIWS will set up your entire training curriculum and administer the implementation and ongoing process. NIWS will review your loss history, assess workplace exposures and training requirements, make recommendations and customize your training curriculum for you. These services include setting up your employee training modules, monitoring the employee utilization and program completion and ongoing employee training management reports.
